Over the past year George M1GEO has been working on a VHF-UHF WebSDR to accompany the HF WebSDR at the Kelvedon Hatch Secret Nuclear Bunker. This was installed on 7th November on beta test. The 5-band WebSDR receiver can be used by all and supports up to 20 simultaneous users across 6m, 4m, 2m, 70cm (wide & narrow IFs) and 23cm, with band changes not affecting other users.

The link for the VHF SDR can be found here: http://vhfsdr.gb0snb.com/

More information, including details of the multi-user HF WebSDR, can be found on the bunker SDR website. Performance on 23cm is limited by coax losses, but plans are afoot for better antennas, masthead preamps and lower loss feeder.
